Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup veggie oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Mix together then add 3/4 cup "milk"
Stir in 2 cups quick oats.
Place in 8x8 pan and top with fruit of choice (fresh peaches...yummy!)
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes
